Mr. Sam Hanna
Sam is a dynamic professional with 20 years of success in BPO and CX leadership roles. He has vast experience in the contact center, BPO, and RPO solutions. He’s a practiced executive in managing relationships at the C-Level with unique relationship-building techniques. He has hands-on experience in some of the most prominent BPO delivery markets, as he has established delivery centers in the Philippines, Morocco, Poland, the US, and Egypt.
Before holding the position of Chief Revenue Officer with Raya CX in Washington DC, Sam has held several senior leadership roles in some international BPOs delivering services for clients from several locations around the world, advocating the benefits of outsourcing business process management and end-to-end client lifecycle experience.
Sam has started his early career in sales and marketing with Xerox and then Polaroid, handling the introduction of its Studio Express product to the MEA market.
Sam has chaired the North Africa chapter of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP), he was also appointed as a member of the MEA regional advisory board by IAOP in 2009. Sam also regularly contributes to industry events through dedicated speaking slots. Sam holds an MBA from the University of Texas at El Paso.
